01 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the Baji platform (baji-jit.net) and all related services. They constitute a legally binding agreement between Baji and its users.

By browsing the Baji website, opening an account, playing games, or using any of our services, you are considered to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

02 Account Registration

03 Age Limit & Eligibility

• If a user is found to be underage, the account will be closed immediately.
• Funds deposited into a minor's account will not be refunded.

04 Deposit Policy

Baji currently supports deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and several other mobile banking methods. Deposits are generally processed instantly, though banking delays may occasionally extend processing time to 1–2 hours.

• A minimum deposit amount applies depending on the payment method used.
• Deposited funds will only be returned to the registered payment method used.

There are no fees for deposits. However, payment providers may apply their own charges, which are entirely the responsibility of the user.

05 Withdrawal Policy

To withdraw funds from Baji, your account must have a completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–24 hours.

• Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the original deposit.
• Wagering must be completed before withdrawing any winnings earned from a bonus.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies as per the relevant terms.
• Baji reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.
• If multiple accounts or fraud are confirmed, withdrawals will be cancelled.

06 Bonus & Promotion Terms and Conditions

Baji offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms that must be read before claiming. The general bonus terms are as follows:

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

• If your account remains inactive for an extended period.
• Upon instruction from legal or regulatory authorities.

You may also request account closure at any time. Any pending bets will be settled before the account is closed.
